Turbo & Supercharged Boost Blocker & Crank Case Vacuum System

Turbo, Supercharged, & Normally Aspirated engines -- all benefit from the

CRANK CASE VACUUM SYSTEM (CCVS)

IF IT’S ON BOOST & SETTING RECORDS, ODDS ARE LIKELY THE ENGINE WILL HAVE A TURBO KIT, OR A CCVS INSTALLED!

The “Crank Case Vacuum System” (CCVS™)was originally designed to solve the numerous problems encountered with engines of all sizes when on boost. Most problems are caused by boost entering the crank case thru the PCV valve as the PCV valve can’t block the boost. It was only natural that the KrankVent™ with its’ unique & patented performance could be applied to the solution. The current solution is now available & described in the Installation Instructions. The main features of the Turbo Kit & CCVS are:

  1. AT IDLE w/ BOOSTED & NORMALLY ASPIRATED (NA) ENGINES:

    1. The small KV, with 3/8” hose barbs, acts as if not present (open).

    2. The larger KV, with 1/2" hose barbs, is normally closed at idle except to release high-pressure crank case pulses & builds the crank case vacuum, along with the high intake manifold vacuum w/ throttle closed.

  2. ON BOOST: The small KV closes & blocks the boost from entering the crank case. The large KV continues to build/maintain crank case vacuum!

    1. Air/fuel mixture is blocked from entering crank case.

      1. The small KV will contain well over 75 lbs of boost! Go for it!

    2. Oil & fuel is no longer blown into intercoolers, intake tracks, fouling plugs & blowing clouds of oil out the exhaust, & popping dipsticks! You know the scenario!

  3. NORMALLY ASPIRATED engines benefit even though boost is not present!

    1. The crank case vacuum produced greatly increases engine efficiency, piston ring seal, performance, & lowers emissions.
